I believe that we are all capable of creating a life that reflects our values and radiates freedom, creativity, and joy. This is how we are meant to live! I had experienced the frustration and isolation of wondering "what is wrong with me." Now that I know that the answer is "absolutely nothing!" I desire to share what I have learned to help girls and women around the world do the same.
My mission as an ADHD Performance Coach is to share the knowledge and tools that I didn't have on my journey, to transform the quality of life for girls and women with ADHD. When we shine a light on the shame and negative self-talk that holds us back from living our true, fulfilling potential, our pain becomes our platform!
From Unfulfilled to Unstoppable
I help women with ADHD open their minds to possibilities for empowerment and resilience, identify and overcome beliefs that have limited them in the past, and achieve what matters most - in the journey of moving from unfulfilled to unstoppable.
I began my own journey in personal development over two decades ago, inspired by my observations as a classroom teacher. I pursued my passion for helping others achieve their potential as a learning company founder and learning coach.
Through a combination of education, training, and personal experiences, especially motherhood, I have cultivated a unique approach to identifying, understanding, challenging thought patterns that get in the way for girls and women with ADHD. My approach blends theory and practical application to meet clients where they are, help them envision where they want to be, and move forward to get there... having FUN along the way!
