My mission as a Life and Business Coach focusing on high performing women with ADHD is to empower and inspire my clients to live authentic, fulfilling lives, aligned with their values. I have walked this unique path as an ADHDer, and I am here to share what I have learned with you! I have the specific tools and insight to support you on your journey toward rewarding personal growth and transformation in every aspect of your life!
My Approach
My approach as a life coach for women is rooted in the science of Hope, in combination with brain research, mindfulness, and ADHD-specific understanding. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify strengths, overcome shame and limiting beliefs specific to ADHD, and master time for lasting change. I believe that coaching is a process of building mindset and skillset, or will-power and way-power, to build progress toward valued goals.
